Well, as many of you are aware we all seem to be using a pretty standard post style, but I figure we may as well codify it so we all understand it. Keep in mind this is not required, it just is a thing some of us do.
Custom colors for words spoken aloud, separating them from other text visually, i.e. "The thing," she said.
Which looks like this in the code.
Also, it is common for at the top of each post to have an area like this-
[ Fred Rodgers | USS Maple Leaf | Union Shuttle | en route to Augustus Station ]
Saying the name of the character, often times the name being in the same color as spoken dialogue later in the post, where the post takes place, and the banner image for the character inside spoiler tags.
In code, it looks like this
Now what is required right now is that all threads be labeled correctly. The current format is as follows.
Prologue/Chapter X.Y: Thread Title [ Day dd, HHHH hrs. ]
(X being the chapter number, the prologue being zero. Y being the order of this thread in the chapter, threads that have a number are either started by the GM or you will be instructed to start it and given the number, if you are starting a supplemental thread simply put SUP instead of the thread number. Anyone is free to create supplemental threads, within reason. dd is the day the thread takes place and HHHH is the time the thread starts.)
